Petrol and Diesel Injector Services

We service and recondition most petrol and common rail diesel injectors.

We use the latest electronic equipment and high quality non corrosive chemicals in all our processes.

Uncleaned Injectors deliver inaccurate fuel volumes as well as bad atomisation, which leads to loss of power bad fuel consumption, hard starting and more engine wear.

After having your injectors serviced:

You will see dramatic improvements in your car. Fuel volume levels are delivered accurately. The fuel injectors are “as-new”. Once again you will have more power, better consumption and smoother driving

VERY IMPORTANT: Most petrol injectors are fitted with these micron filters which start becoming dirty as early as 50000KM. We stock these filters and the special tools and equipment needed to replace them.

Common Symptoms

How do you know when to have fuel injectors cleaned? And other petrol injector problems
Do you recognize these symptoms?

  • Starting Problems
  • Idling or Hesitation Problems
  • Loss of Engine Performance
  • High Fuel Consumption
  • Exhaust Emission Failure
  • Lambda/O2 Sensor Reading
  • Catalytic Converter Clogging
  • Check Engine Light Illumination with no fault found

Ever Thought What Caused These Problems?
Have you Had or Needed to Replace Any of These Components?

  • Starting Problems
  • Idling or Hesitation Problems
  • Loss of Engine Performance
  • High Fuel Consumption / Economy
  • Exhaust Emission Failure
  • Lambda/O2 Sensor Reading Incorrect
  • Catalytic Converter Clogging
  • Check Engine Light Illumination with no fault found
  • Deposits on Engine Valves
  • Loss of Compression due to Piston RingWear
  • Spark Plugs Fouling or Incorrect KV Readings
  • EGR Valve Failure or Gumming
  • Lambda/Oxygen Sensor Failure or
    Incorrect Readings
  • Catalytic Converter Failure

All these symptoms and problems could be caused by poor injector performance. Correct Fuel Distribution, Fuel Atomization and Fuel Delivery Rates are CRITICAL to the correct running of a Gasoline Injected Engine. If you have had any of these problems and replaced any of these components WITHOUT testing & Servicing your injectors, the CAUSE of the problem could still be in place and could return. Don’t find the problem, find the cause of the problem AND correct it.

How often should injectors be cleaned?

After inspecting many Injector, we found that they start showing signs of contamination from around 20000 KM’s. This all depends on the type of fuel used, the additives that you may have added, how you service your vehicle etc. It will be a good idea to have your injectors serviced at around this time. This will ensure that the benefits below are always maintained and by far outweigh cleaning costs.

We also supply injector seals for most common injectors.

Estimated service costs are between R180-R250 per petrol injector and R1600-R2500 per diesel injector

Simple Maths:

Clean Injectors = Good Fuel Consumption + increased performance =Big Savings

Dirty Injectors = Bad Consumption + Bad Performance+ Engine Ware=Big Losses

Estimated service costs are from R180 per petrol injector and R1800 per diesel injector
